Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Scope

These Terms apply to all customers, including consumers (B2C) and business customers (B2B), purchasing products through this website.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products

Jet Set Sun sells cosmetic products intended for external use only.

All products comply with European Cosmetic Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009.

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes only.

3. Orders

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

BT Cosmetics SRL reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

4. Prices

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR).

Prices include VAT where applicable.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before order confirmation.

BT Cosmetics SRL reserves the right to change prices at any time.

5. Payment

Payment must be made at the time of order.

We accept payment methods provided through WooCommerce, including credit cards and other secure payment providers.

All payments are processed securely.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within Belgium, France, and the European Union.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

BT Cosmetics SRL is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers only)

In accordance with EU law, consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

• Products must be unopened
• Products must be unused
• Products must be in original packaging

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned.

8. Returns and Refunds

If a return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective.

9. B2B Customers

Business customers are not entitled to the statutory withdrawal right.

Returns for B2B orders are subject to approval by BT Cosmetics SRL.

10. Product Use and Liability

Jet Set Sun products are cosmetic products intended for external use only.

Customers are responsible for reading ingredient lists and usage instructions.

BT Cosmetics SRL shall not be liable for misuse of products.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BT Cosmetics SRL shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Warranty

Customers must inspect products upon delivery.

Any defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

12. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Belgium.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
