Yes, JETSETSUN products are vegan and cruelty-free. We are committed to offering quality products, without animal testing, and made with plant-based ingredients.

JETSETSUN self-tanning products can be rinsed off after 6 hours, but for a more intense tan, we recommend avoiding showering, swimming and sweating for 6 to 10 hours to allow your tan to develop fully on the skin.

DHA (Dihydroxyacetone) is the active ingredient in most self-tanning products. It is a sugar molecule naturally derived from sugar beet or sugar cane. This ingredient reacts with amino acids on the skin's surface to simulate a tan. The intensity of the final tan will depend on the concentration of DHA contained in the product.

Controls ~

Your order will be processed and shipped within one (1) to two (2) business days of receipt.

All returns must be pre-approved by JETSETSUN, and shipping costs for returning products are the responsibility of the customer. If you wish to return products or an entire order, please contact us at info@jetsetsun.com. You will be provided with a return address and a return authorization number. Products returned without a valid authorization number will be refused and returned at your expense.

Sealed, unused products may be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase. All returned products must be in their original packaging. Products that have been modified, opened or damaged will not be accepted.

Please contact the JETSETSUN team within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving your order at info@jetsetsun.com. JETSETSUN will then contact you to modify your order and establish the relevant conditions.
