We invite you to read carefully these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the "GTCS") as well as the Terms of Use of the Site (accessible here) and the Privacy Policy (accessible here) which govern your browsing of this Site and our relationship if you order Products and services from this Site.

Any order of a Product proposed on the Site requires the consultation and the express acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale, without this acceptance being conditioned however by a handwritten signature on your part.

In accordance with the applicable legislative and regulatory provisions relating to electronic signatures, it is hereby recalled that the validation of the order form as specified in the present General Terms and Conditions constitutes an electronic signature which has, between the Parties, the same value as a handwritten signature and constitutes proof of the entire order and of the sums due in execution of the said order.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, it is agreed that "You" or the "Customer" refers to the person browsing the Site and/or ordering Products from the Site; "We" or the "Seller" refers to the company identified in the legal notice above; the Customer and the Seller will be collectively referred to as the "Parties" and individually referred to as the "Party".

CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

The Products and services that We offer on the Site are reserved for persons (i) of legal age (or minors holding an authorization from their legal representative allowing them to place an order on the Site) and (ii) with full legal capacity to place orders on the Site. We reserve the right at any time to ask you for proof of age and/or the aforementioned authorization from your legal representative. We also reserve the right not to respond to an order and/or to exclude from our customer/prospect database a Customer who has not responded to the above request or who has not complied with the principles set out in this clause.

It is specified that the Products are intended for the Customer's personal use, without any direct connection with the Customer's professional activity. In this respect, the Customer's attention is particularly drawn to the fact that the amount of his orders must not exceed the sum of 200 (two hundred) euros per order. Furthermore, it is specified that the same Customer may only order a maximum of 9 (nine) Products of the same reference per order.

Finally, the same Customer may place only one order per day. In the event of an order exceeding the above-mentioned amount and/or number, the order will be considered null and void.

PRODUCTS-PRICE

Products

The cosmetic products offered for sale on the Site, as well as any ancillary services that may be attached to them (the "Products"), are those shown on the Site on the day the Site is consulted by the Customer, subject to availability.

If a Product is unavailable, You will be informed:

• or, at the time of ordering: a message is displayed indicating that the desired Product is temporarily out of stock,
• or, after validation of the order and before delivery, by email.

If the order is validated by the Customer, the latter is then informed of the choice open to him, i.e. (i) to have a partial order delivered or (ii) to cancel the entire order.

The Customer then has 48 (forty-eight) working hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) from receipt of the information email sent by the Seller to confirm via the procedure proposed by the Seller:

• cancellation of the entire order,
• or the dispatch of the partial order under specific delivery conditions specified by the Vendor.

After this 48 (forty-eight) hour period, and if no request from the Customer has been sent to the Vendor via the procedure specified by the Vendor, the partial order will be dispatched and delivered to the Customer at the standard rates shown in the table mentioned in Article "Prices" below. The portion of the price corresponding to the unavailable Products is then reimbursed to the Customer within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from the notification of unavailability sent to the Customer, according to the means of payment used by the Customer.

In the event that the Customer requests cancellation of the entire order, the Vendor undertakes to reimburse the Customer for the sums paid by the latter within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the Customer's request, depending on the means of payment used by the Customer.

The photographs and texts illustrating the Products are not part of the contractual field. If these photographs and/or texts are erroneous, the Seller cannot be held responsible on this basis.

Price

Prices are given in Euros (€). They include any discounts and VAT applicable on the date of the order, except in the event of a substantial change in charges, in particular VAT.

The prices indicated on the Site are guaranteed until the validity date indicated in the offer and within the limit of available stocks.

The prices indicated do not take into account processing and delivery costs, postage and packing, which will be invoiced in addition to the amount of the order indicated below:
